外贸传真要注意的句型和语法

注意，此处引用的传真首页上方的信头，并不是所有传真都要沿用的格式，但这些内容给收发双方带来更多的方便。
信头用缩略语：
Ref.(reference)—信涵参考编号，一般编号往往包括有关人员的姓名的首字母。
Our Ref.:—我方编号，即发信人编号。
Your Ref.：—贵方编号，即收信人编号。
Atten.：—收件人
CC：—抄送（其他收件人）
传真正文中出现了“be+动词不定式”结构。
这种结构用来表示一种按照计划或安排即将发生的动作或行为。例如：
Our shares are to be issued next month .—我们的股票将于下个月发行。
Our company is to be granted a World Bank credit soon.–-我们公司即将获得一笔世界银行贷款。
这种结构还用来表示：
1）可能发生的行为。例如：
The credit is to be granted when we have enough money。—我们有了一定资金后即可获得贷款。
2）注定要发生的行为。例如：
All supplies are to written in our records。—所有供货我们都有记录在案。
这种结构除了用被动语态外，也可以用主动语态。例如：
The Board are to meet tomorrow。—董事会将于明天开会。
当并列句用这种结构时，并列连词及动词“be”均可省略。例如：
We are a company in the course of privatization，our shares to be issued next month。
我方为一家正在向私有化转制的公司，我方股票将于下个月发行。
上述例句加上并列连词和动词“be”后是这样的：
We are a company in the course of privatization and our shares are to be issued next month。
We want to discuss the terms of the contract，our company to be granted a World Bank credit soon。
我们想讨论一下合同条款，因我们公司将很快得到一笔世界银行贷款。
上句如果补充完整应是这样的：
We want to discuss the terms of the contract as our company is to be granted a World Bank credit soon.
